Rockefeller McCormick New Testament : manuscript, [1269?].

The manuscript is believed to have been produced in the scriptorium of the Palace of Blachernae in Constantinople by the imperial scribe and a group of artisto at the command of their emperor, Michael VIII Paleologus. The text is complete except for the Book of Revelation.
